Marco Sanchez (Intl CFO)

Louis has 30 years of experience in project financing and engineering risk management for entertainment and special projects. Louis has also produced many projects. He has founded apparel companies, advertising agencies, television syndication companies as well as a boutique investment banking firm in NY. Louis has co-owned hospitality locations in the Caribbean and a casino operation. He is also a partner in several OTT television channels and has recently launched a digital transformation, product design and development firm. Louis Eloy brings an array of experience in many fields to undertake risk mitigation on an international scale.

Debra Vesalech Lyons President

Debra’s early career in investment banking laid the foundation for Debra’s success in the entertainment business in both strategy and business development. She brings with her a multitude of executive operating experience across global markets including television/digital, content development/production, advertising/branding, and marketing/research. Univision, NBC, Dish, Scripps, and Televisa are among some of the major media companies she has worked with on turning ideas into profitable entertainment through development, distribution, and acquisitions.

Louis C. Eloy Founder CEO

Marco Sanchez was a member of the Bank’s Assets and Liabilities Committee (ALCO), which is the organization responsible for treasury management, including setting rates and the overall investment, loan and deposits strategy. He was senior manager of Scotia Bank and his responsibilities included preparing and following up on annual budgeting; quarterly forecasts, and business planning; review of financial reports for local Regulators, as well as tax planning.

He was also Senior Auditor at KPMG Peat Marwick Goerdeler in charge of supervision and execution of audits in different business sectors, including industrial, merchants, free trade zones, banking, construction, and resorts.

Salvador moved into private equity investment and began investing in different asset classes such as media, agriculture, hospitality, technology, and more. He has also created private lending strategies for investors looking for long-term risk-mitigated strategies for retirement protection and growth while holding equity in the companies they finance.

He brings a wealth of experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, restructuring, and spin-offs. He advises in acquisitions and targets in M&A transactions, including in a number of complex and innovative multi-jurisdictional acquisitions and related financing. He has advised financial institutions in risk management programs geared towards special markets.

With 25 years of cross-sector leadership in television format creation, event production, media publishing and journalism, Vanessa Mateos brings a uniquely versatile perspective to entertainment. Faced with every challenge—from managing multicultural teams across Spain and the U.S. to securing international co-production partners—she consistently turns the ordinary into the extraordinary.

Copeland has produced and co-produced Television, Records, and Video programs for major companies such as Warner Brothers, PolyGram, HBO, BET, BMG, Bertelsmann, Image Entertainment, Koch International, In Demand, Dish Network CBS VICOM, FOX and more. Copland's is currently focused on licensing content to the emerging technologies of streaming media and programmatic advertising platforms reaching a global audience. Licensing deals have already been made with some of the leading streaming channels in the business with more to follow. As well as delivering Linear and On Demand Channels to Broadcast TV Stations, Cable Networks, and Digital Platforms throughout the globe.

Dean is a highly skilled professional with a passion for creating decentralized smart contract applications on the Ethereum blockchain. With his extensive experience in software development and finance, he has established himself as a leader in the field of blockchain technology.

Olivia is highly skilled in marketing with high level communication skills dealing with major high net worth individuals, global dignitaries, investment funds, and other senior business and government leaders.

Richard Garzilli Founder Co-CEO

Richard is co-founder a managing member. He is a prominant attorney with extensive experience in structuring and negotiating complex cross-border transactions in the filmed entertainment and media businesses and in managing and administering rights acquisitions and business affairs/legal departments at entertainment companies and law firms.

Served as Co-President and Chief Operating Officer for StudioCanal US, after serving as Executive Vice President and General Counsel in charge of the business, legal and administrative affairs for the film acquisition and digital production operations. Involved in overall strategic planning and in structuring, negotiating and administering major film productions (such as Stargate, U-571, and Murder in the First), library acquisitions (such as the Carolco library with titles such as Terminator 2 and Total Recall) and joint venture agreements for film product with major US studios (such as the joint venture with Universal Pictures for co-financing and co-distributing the films. Represented and worked with producers and writers in the development, financing,production and distribution of feature films and TV programs (such as Ben Fitzgerald, the writer of The Passion of the Christ, and Robert Katz, producer of Gettysburg and the film sequel to Dances with Wolves) and much more.

Robert A. Harris is a respected media executive and producer with a long and distinguished career as an innovator in both traditional and new media.


As President of Universal Television and of MCA/Universal’s worldwide TV operations, he supervised the development, sale and production of more than fifty TV series and original movies for pay and basic cable, guiding the studio to Number One among the world’s commercial television producers/distributors.

Robert served as a member of the Executive Committee of the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences and Chairman of the Academy’s Awards Show Committee. He has been officially recognized for his work by the Television Academy, The Scott Newman Foundation, the States of Hawaii and California, The US Senate, and The American Bar Association.

Larissa has produced short and long form content globally that has been showcased theatrically, on broadcast television, and digitally for Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, the CW, and many more. In 2021, she presented a course in filmmaking with The

Documentary Institute of South Africa (DOCi) and returned as a guest panelist in 2022.

With Larissa’s diverse skill-set in delivering projects on a range of budgets and scales both domestically and internationally, she aims to produce meaningful work that inspires important

questions and promotes empathy and education. She has a eye for the intensely personal and is especially passionate about showcasing the beauty and strength of humanity through storytelling.
